Meet the T & T Electric Company Team

Timothy and Katherine Miller have run T & T Electric Co., Inc. as a family owned and operated business since 1976. Tim and Kathi are both lifelong Puebloans and have raised three daughters and stay busy enjoying their nine grandchildren who also call Pueblo home. They take a lot of pride in the businesses they have owned in the community. They have built T & T Electric Co., Inc. around the principles of respect for their employees, clients, and the communities in which they work. Tim and Kathi remain involved in the business but have passed on the responsibility for the day to day operations to their daughter Timmi-Jo and the rest of their family. They are enjoying semi-retirement with their grandkids and friends.

Timmi-Jo Lisac is Tim and Kathi’s second child. She is married to Wade Lisac and they have three children. Timmi-Jo is the President of T & T Electric and oversees the day to day business and financial operations of the company. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Denver Metropolitan State University Denver and has worked full time at T & T Electric since 2001. When Timmi-Jo is not working, she is busy with her two daughters and son running to horse shows, football and basketball games, and many school functions.

Wade Lisac is the Vice President of T & T Electric and has been with the company since 1999. Wade has been a Journeyman Electrician since 2001 and earned his Master Electrician license in 2005. Wade became a project manager in 2004 and has worked diligently to grow the business since that time. In his role as Vice President, Wade oversees all day to day field operations, the bidding process for potential projects, and high-level oversight of current projects. Wade is an avid hunter and has passed on his love of the outdoors to his three children. When he is not on the job, he spends every minute he can in the Colorado mountains with his family.

Pat Noga is the Vice President of Operations for T & T Electric. He began his career with T & T in 1995, became a Journeyman Electrician in 2000, earned his Colorado Master Electrician License in 2005, is a licensed Master Electrician in North Dakota, and is NICET Level II certified. Pat has been a project manager for the past twelve years and is instrumental in the growth of the company and in maintaining the outstanding reputation of T & T Electric. Along with managing local commercial projects, Pat spends much of his time as the Senior Project Manager for T & T’s government contracts throughout the state. When Pat is not busy at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Leann, and their three children. On weekends you will find the Noga family in the mountains, at the ball field, or enjoying their time at home.

Ross Dowen is an Estimator and Project Manager for T & T Electric Co., Inc.  Ross has been with T & T since 1999.  He earned his Bachelor of Electronic Engineering with a Minor in CIS from Colorado State University – Pueblo in 2005.  Ross’ responsibilities at T & T include completing project estimates for a broad range of clients, managing day to day operations for current projects, and local IT support for the office. 

Ross is also responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM), implementing quality control procedures, identifying and documenting clashes, and coordinating data modeling for current projects.  Ross also performs auto-CAD work for design drawings throughout all phases of projects in the design phase and construction phase.  When not working Ross enjoys spending time with his wife, Cambren, and their three children camping, 4-wheeling, or at the sports field.

Shannon Poteet-Herrera is the Office Manager for T & T Electric and has been with the company since 2015.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University – Pueblo in 2001.  Shannon brings 14 years of Resource Management/Human Resource experience with her to T & T.  In her role at T & T she is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including payroll, wage reporting, and Davis Bacon compliance.  Shannon is also responsible for Contract/Sub-contract document compliance, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.  When Shannon is not working, she and her husband Chuck can usually be found cheering on their son and daughter at  baseball or basketball games.
